College of Art held an online meeting for students and teachers, whose topic was"towarm your heart and be with you”. Party Committee secretary Bai Xuguang, andassociate dean Liu Dngxia who chaired the meeting, attended the meeting with undergraduates and postgraduates of the college. Bai and Liu sent students some"methods to deal with exams"representing the colleges Party office, and they distributed goods and materials to students staying in the university.
Liu Dongxia gave some instructions on preparing the postgraduate exam. She hoped that everyone could deal with exams at ease, and found out what questions were asking before answering. She also hoped students would review the knowledge of art theory from the perspective of historical development, and pay attention to creativity when painting as well. “Only if you have distinctive characteristics can better demonstrate students painting skills,” she said.
Bai Xuguang arranged this activity. He emphasized that the university was putting forward various epidemic prevention and measures adjustments actively and effectively to follow new policies. Now, students at the university should also keep up to the policies, and be responsible to their health. It’s important for everyone to pay timely attention to their health condition. He said that according to the effective judgement from the government, it was hoped that students could plan their trips back properly. He stated that the college would distribute a series of goods and materials to every student staying at the campus and give students support to complete study tasks of this semester and to get back home peacefully. All teachers of the college are people that students can depend on.
Finally, Bai Xuguang and Liu Dongxia congratulated students of 2019 who are preparing for the coming exam beforehand on their success.
